Craig A. Stanfield Real Estate & Auction Services: A full-service auction and real estate business established in 2000. Craig A. Stanfield is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer, first licensed (and has been licensed continually since) in the real estate and auction business in 1984 (40 yrs). In 2000, he started his own business after working for another firm for 16 years. In 2003, Craig won the title of Kentucky State Champion Auctioneer. Craig has sold 4 tracts of land in excess of 1,000 acres in size (one twice); sold an island; sold one tract 4 times (another 3); have successfully marketed real estate to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Lewis County Fiscal Court, and on behalf of the Robertson County Fiscal Court , the City of Mount Olivet, the Mason County Fiscal Court, the City of Maysville, the Fleming County Special Commissioner, the Mason County Commissioner, Cargill, the KY United Methodist Conference, and a host of other organizations. Very active in community (34 yr. Lions Club member, 10 terms President; Grand Master KY Grand Lodge IOOF; Planning Commission Chair; BTADD Past Chair; KCADD Past Chair; Industrial Authority; etc.). Appointed as County Judge 13 mo. term ending Dec. 2021. Conduct numerous benefit auctions each year at no charge to host (Fire Depts., Lions Clubs, schools, churches, etc.).
